Can I establish diplomatic relationship with Hershwell?

We are welcome to establish diplomatic relationships with link-minded micronations. 
Please follow the procedure given below:
1. Write an email to gov.hershwell@gmail.com(gov.hershwell@gmail.com)
2. Wait for the first reply from Foreign Ministry (usually within 1 week)
3. Establish connect with our diplomats via the way both sides agree
4. We would give official reply after the decision have been made (usually within 1 month)

Can I join Hershwell?

Once completed, the form must be delivered physically to the designated mailbox.
